My kid tore apart her supercard dstwo. Now what?

My 3 year old daughter decided to pop her dstwo cart out and tried tearing it apart. She managed to peel the plastic case apart and now the plastic is sort of deformed and no longer appears to be working. I tried taping it back together but still no luck. I don't think the hardware is damaged and short of ordering a new one I am not sure what else I could try.

    Any ideas?

Mate, sometimes in life, there's nothing you can do, and you just have to cut your losses,
and go get a new one. If I could travel through the world wide web to your house, and fix
your cart, I would. But I'm afraid technology doesn't allow for that, at this point in time.

I have a 3 year old, and I feel your pain, believe me. But we're really not miracle workers.

Find another broken cart and swap the board out...
It has been said that these cards have been know to die, this is only hear say as I have never killed one.

    EDIT:
Maybe you could modify one of these cases.
