Exclamation Channels bring up black screen!

So I went to fire up Netflix, the way I do every night before bed, and all I get is a black screen.

I tried several times and it wasn't going past just the black screen, so I figured perhaps I'll update it... I went to the Shop Channel and it, too l, was giving me a black screen.

I decided to try the internet channel to visit the forum and read up on some tips, but the internet channel was giving me a black screen too!

So I went on my computer and searched. I found that nobody was having this problem. Everyone who ever mentioned black screen was simply not getting past the health menu, whereas I still have access to the system menu and my USBLoader(working fine by the way) and the homebrew channel.

I followed specific instructions on how to update the shop channel and using dopmii to install missing ios's and all that. In fact, all these steps lead me to updating from 4.1U to 4.3U but even that didn't fix the problem.

I've installed almost every ios in dopmii, updated the shop channel, updated netflix thru a wad, and I am still getting a black screen when I click on Netflix, internet channel, or shop channel. The reason this is making me angry is because it was working jist fine yesterday, I watched Netflix normally like always and it suddenly stopped working without any tampering.

A similar thing had happened where USBLoader was returning me to the main system menu without me having changed anything but that problem went away when i deleted the USBLoader cfg file and let it generate a new one.

Is there a similar fix for this weird thing? I need to watch my netflix again. :'(

EDIT: And here is my new syscheck report, please help

So which WIIHACKS guide has you using DOP-Mii? Answer: none. Don't ask us to fix something we don't advocate. Want a solution? Here it is.

with all due respect, the problem was present BEFORE I used DopMii. I simply tried DopMii to correct the problem, which is pretty clear on my post.

I will try your suggestion, but in all honesty I wasn't expecting a condescending reply, not do I think I deserve one. Thanks, however, for the quick reply and guidance on to the right track.

Your post makes it obvious you did NOT follow a wiihacks guide prior to this current issue. Your cIOS are stubbed beyond the Hermes ones. Things like that don't happen by themselves, nor by following a wiihacks guide (which prevents this very thing.

Further, you only make inquiry AFTER doing something we wholeheartedly tell our users not to do (DOP-Mii is aka "Brick Me" for a lot of people who essentially don't know what they're doing).

Take issue or exception all you want, it doesn't change these facts. You asked a question, and my answer was as simplest I could make it.

You did not make your answer the simplest you could have. You added unnecessary nerd sass, for no reason. The simplest you could have made it was "Here" with the link, not with the laughable snotty attitude.

Again, I appreciate the guidance, and I am already in the process of modding using your guide.

I never said I used a wiihacks guide, so I don't understand why you are implying that I did. I especially don't understand why you are so irritable and unapproachable.

I was not aware that using Dop Mii was advised against, and now I am. So thank you for that as well. You shouldn't expect a noob to know everything. I would have thought patience was part of being a mod.

    Mod Edit:

Yes, and as a Mod had provided you a direct link in your Introductory Reply here, one may see why we'd be irritable and unapproachable. As for the laughable, snotty attitude --- well, see the first sentence.
