    Reseting Problem

    Greetings,
I followed Dogeggs guide [ http://www.wiihacks.com/tutorial-arc...d-any-wii.html ] some years ago (I know this guide is out of date) and continue to install the necessary software from this site to play certain games during the years after (MH3, Guitar Hero etc).
Everything is working perfectly, but after installing DiosMios, which btw works great as well and trying to use HOOKPAD, i remembered a problem that occurs in my wii since the day i softmodded it but i didnt mind till now.
The problem is that every time i try to reset my wii, instead it shuts down. Sometimes it Ďs even happening when i am trying to reset some games from the wiimenu.
I didnít mind all this time, even if i had to get up and push the physical power button on my wii (It can not be switched on from wiimote), but now that i am using DiosMios HOOKPAD short key (R+Z+Start) itís really annoying, because it shuts down wii instead of resetting to main menu.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated

You can do one of two things. Either you can post a SysCheck as a reply to this thread (directions here and we can see how out of date or spec your softmod is), or you can update your softmod by following this guide.

Yep, out of date (though you obviously updated the cIOS at some point and didn't strictly stick with doggegg's guide). Follow the second link provided in previous reply. If you look the in the spoilers near the beginning, there's one labeled "Softmods with HOMEBREW CHANNEL installed." Start there and go all the way through the guide.
