Have you looked at this guide?
Okay, I seem to have royally messed things up for my softmodded Wii.
In my ignorance, I attempted to manually update a few IOS' to get the Wii U Transfer Agent working on my previously modded Wii. This failed, and it created a situation where my Homebrew Channel screen became inverted. I've spent much of today utilizing various strategies for fixing the inversion issue Wii, but none have worked.
The HackMii installer states that there is no vulnerable IOS found, and MultiMod Manager will error when trying to Install & Patch IOS36 (Error ES_AddTicket -4352). If I attempt to select a different IOS within MMM, the system crashes (Error ES_GetNumTitles -4352).
At this rate, I feel that I'm only making things worse...
I've noticed that MMM loads IOS80 v6944 through LetterBomb, and IOS60 v6400 through HBC. Neither of which will permit loading a different IOS or to install & patch IOS36.
I've tried using YAWMM and at launch it asks for a source device. When I select Wii SD Slot it responds with ERROR! (ret = -1).
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Get the panasonic SD card formatter (link in the anywii guide) and format your SD card with that. One or 2 gig only, no bigger, Sandisk preferred. If this fails look on the SD card for a log & post here in spoiler tags.
I've no doubt that the card is fine as it's worked like a champ up until I futzed around.
If you have access to another card, give it a try. Bootmii is notoriously finicky when it comes to SD. Also, make sure you're not accidentally engaging write protection as you insert into wii.
My only other available SD card is a 2GB SanDisk MicroSD and an adaptor. I clean formatted using the prescribed formatting tool and populated the card with the tools from mauifrog's guide, and I am encountering the same problems.
