I Lack the Words for a Creative, Informative Thread
ABOUT: 4.3U Softmodded wii using microwavesam letterbomb tutorial off of youtube.
HACK PACK: Huys Full Hack Pack (includes apps and .dols and wads) (older ones).
MY PROBLEM: Its mainly all old versions of apps and wads so i would like to either virginize or re soft mod my wii to more updated HBC and apps and wads, etc..
MY QUESTION: What Should I do and where do i get an updated hack pack with all current wads and apps and cios and ios ? should i post a syscheck of my current stats ? If yes then how do i do the spoiler thing in my reply ?

1) don't use YouTube guides to hack your Wii, they always lead to problems.
2) please don't make multiple threads for the same thing (it's against forum rules)
3) follow the Softmod ANY Wii Guide in my signature and it will straighten out your Wii's IOSs
4) spoilers are made by typing [ SPOILER] text goes here [ /SPOILER ] but without spaces:
That's all there is to it
umm in your signature? where is that at ? and also to re mod my wii from start do i erase/format my sd card and load my backed up keys.bin and stuff ? and then follow guide or what ?

My signature is the links you should see at the bottom of my posts. I would save the backup keys.bin you already made (I assume it was made before you installed any IOSs?) by putting it on your desktop. Other than that format your card before starting the WiiHacks Softmod ANY Wii guide. There is no need to restore your NAND before doing this, the Wiihacks guide will overwrite anything the YouTube guide installed.

Posted my sys check...So formatting my sd card will remove homebrew channel from wii main menu ? question about the newer usb loader gx 3.0 i tried running that and put my wbfs flash drive in port 0 and it didnt work but when using usb loader gx 1.0 it worked..so the new usb loader gx i dont need the drive in wbfs format anymore or what ? I have looked at the guide for it and it doesnt tell me the answer.
the reason why i wanted to update usb loader gx 1.0 is because it kept dsi exception crash dumping when i tried to download bg themes for it it would say download failed and when i press back it would crash. it would also crash when i went to settings and clicked upload and it would sit there and say checking for update and your ip is yada yada yada and then it would crash so thats why i want updated versions of everything because i want customs themes, etc and want to avoid crashing

i believe the app pack v4.zip only has like 5 apps in it uh lets see here ok : neogamma, usb loader, usb loader gx, wii flow, and wiimc lol i have the folder already saved. So usb loader doesnt need a config.text file? or something because i had these in my apps folder on sd card and tried to use loader gx but it would not work..my usb thum drive is wbfs format and only has 2 games in it that are wbfs..
update: when i tried to run loader gx and wiiflow they both would not work: it would say searching for cfg text file or something or other and then it would also just say waiting 49 secs etc and wouldnt work.. Wiiflow would open a second then take me back to home screen..is this a forwarder problem or something?
should i just format my sd card and redo softmod process or should i just take the files from app pack v4.zip and put them in apps folder of my sd card ?

Your softmod is fine, just reformat your usb thumb drive from wbfs format to FAT32 format from the Fat32 Guide and replace your USB Loader apps with new ones on your SD and install updated USB Loader channels, or try from HBC.
If anything is missing from the app pack, here is some more links:
USB Loader GX: r1208, R1208_IOS222-249-250.7z (Replace the boot.dol in your SD /apps/ usbloader_gx with the updated one (r1208_IOS249)
CFGLoader: CFG Usb loader v70, cfg70MODr51 (rename it boot.dol)
All the channel forwarders is in the Guide: Softmod ANY Wii
Official CFG Loader Forwarder | GBAtemp.net, (do not install vWii, vWii is for Wii U)
Install USB Loader GX -UNEO_Forwarder Channel 5_1_AHBPROT.wad for USB Loader GX channel
WiiFlow_Channel_Installer_v1.1.zip (WiiFlow Forwarder Channel Installer v1.1, works on both Wii and vWii)
If you are still having issues with the GX delete the old cfg.file in the GX app, it can cause issues when you update it.
