    dvd+r/bad burn/dl problem
seems like that is your problem, using a DVD+R, or a bad burn or in the case of a dual layer disc, wrong split... just usb load and you won't have these issues...

You saying your old neogamma works but the new one doesnt? Or just the new games dont work? Or the new games work on the old neogamma but not the new neogamma? That first sentence was an epic communication fail....

You are being very difficult here...you arent explaining yourself clearly at all, and only half answering questions....

Did you try re-ripping your original disc, then burning a new backup using a good quality dvd-r? That would be the best place to start.
