Try reformatting the usb drive. Use EaseUS or the panasonic formatting tool. Make sure the capacity is really 8GB too, sometimes you get robbed on that. Most games will be far less than 4.7 gb when ripped too.
I have a 8 gig usb and trying to put a 4.7 gig (4.37?) game onto it and it tells me that my it is too large for the destination file system. there is nothing on the usb formatted fat32.
Format it NTFS or covert the iso to wbfs.

Ah, still get the n00bers... just transfer the game as a wbfs file with wii backup manager, fat32 is just fine, no need to copy the iso over, you don't need the extra 'fluff' along with it, just the game...

how do i change it into a wbfs file? i tried putting .wbfs at end of file name nothing changed.
You need to either rip the original disc with your usb loader on you Wii. If needed the file will be split and still playable.
Or use Wii Backup Manager to transfer the game with your PC to the drive. This will also split the file and still be playable, if needed.
