    3DS and Acecard2i

    Hello all,
I have a 3DS version 2.1.0-4U on it and an acecard2i (i got a year or so ago). I originally used the acecard to hack a dsl and I'm wondering if I need to get a different card or if the acecard will work just fine. I've also forgotten all I know about circumventing these things so if someone can point me in the right direction as far as a tutorial to follow, i'd be grateful.

    Thanks in advance.

before you do everything, just make sure dont login eshop, dont turn on the wifi. means dont update your 3DS. 3DS has been updated to V4.3.0-10. Acekard 2i can not work on it. so just make your 3DS stay on V2.1.0,

At first. make sure your ak2i is not a fake one, the real ak2i should be looking like this : buy Acekard 2i flashcart for DS DSi

If your acekard 2i is still working, here is the guide to use it

Step1: Download the latest AKAIO V1.89 from here: Extract it and put all the files or folders in the root directlory of your sd card. (suggest you format your sd card before you use it on 3DS)

Step2: Put your game roms in the sd card.

Just insert the ak2i and the SD card into the 3DS and turn, enjoy it.
Do yourself a favor, don't buy crappy flashcarts.

Thank you very much for the response. Sounds too simple! I'll let you know how it goes.

OK, so there were a few more steps that weren't very intuitive, but it appears that I got it going.
I needed to update the firmware on the acekard to the latest. Fortunately I had the DSl to do it with. Once I got that figured out, I did need to format the card again, and put a fresh AKAIO on it. (it still had some of the DSl cache on it I believe)

That makes sense, if your acekard 2i card haven't updated to support it, you need to do it before you can use it.
