Need help with fully modding my Wii

Hey there all, i got a minor issue. First of all i want to thank you for this amazing simple way to Softmod the wii. Appreciate the work by all, for real.

I successfully softmodded, and installed homebrew, backed up a few of my games, on an HDD via .wfsb manager.

BUT i cant seem to get the games to load, i think i am missing a loader, (usb loader gxe)...

Please note i have researched this, and all the directions that i find, are from older posts on this forum, or other forums, so i dont want to mix different actions or techniques, and end up bricking my wii.

So please , any help would greatly be appreciated, and again i thank you all in advance.

Did you use the Soft Mod Any Wii Guide?

Is the homebrew channel the only thing you installed?

Hey jax, well what i did was follow this guid on this page, (wilbrand loader). I think it only installed bootmii, i attempted to run it , but it stays a black screen..

So, i assume, 1. bootmii is for running burned disks.... Or i made an error somewhere.

And no i didnt use the softmod any guide, (i may not of found that one on google) as i mentioned, i seen threads from 2008,2009, so i didnt want to take a usb loader from lets say a different softmodding tactic, and use it here... in case i run the risk of bricking etc.

Btw way i am running 4.3u white wii. I have a 500 gb external also, which as i mentioned, loaded the games via wfsb manager. Thanks for ur quick response btw.

and by load i mean to play them.. lol

    Please Use The EDIT Function.

    LOL woopsie... sorry..

No, bootmii is not for running back up games.

Bootmii is used to back up your Nand and keys to the wii , incase you run in to problems down the road.

    I know what loads mean.LMAO...

I need to know if you installed anything else other then homebrew channel.
    Did you install any ios's / Cios's?

LOL yea i dont know why i felt the need to clarify that, sorry ... lol

As for the install, the only thing that installed, was HBC, Bootmii, and i am fairly sure thats it...

Actually, something installed as an ios, i cant remember what it was called tho. But on the HBC screen there is no icons, or anything at all.

So i guess its only whatever was installed via wilbrand loader. =0)
