I dont see anything wrong in your syscheck. What is the exact error you get? Did you follow one of our guides to format the drive?

    1. What is the make and model of your HDD?
    2. Do the games show up on your PC when you access the drive using your game management software (and what software are you using, i.e WBFS manager, WiiBackup Manager, etc...)?
    3. Can you remember if anything at all was done to your Wii/HDD between when it was working and when it stopped working?

As a test, when in your usb loader, unplug the usb drive then plug it back in. See if the games are recognized then.

At that point unplug it, then plug it back in...
