Can someone point me to a wiiflow guide..?

I need a very detailed step by step guide on how to install wiiflow, or could someone suggest a backup app that would be easier to install? I'm asking because I've followed a few guides all on wiiflow and none of them worked. The channel shows up but doesn't open. Does anyone have a solution?

Here is one Guide I used and is worth it.WiiFlow And Nand Emulation Guide
That guide above gives you the best of both worlds.

Take your time and read it a couple of times, and everything will work Beautifully.

another kind of off topic question but i want to backup nand with bootmii but when i go into bootmii my controller disconnects and won't reconnect... is there any way to get the controller to connect besides buying a new one/GC controller?

Use the power button on the console itself to navigate bootmii. Just press it quickly and it will move the selection. Use the reset button to select.
