Odd problem with wiikey 2. Help!

Ok, So I installed my wiikey2, burned some games, they worked fine, and then when I put the wii back together all the way, they won't work anymore. it's a solderless connection, it's insulated properly (well, the way they say to do it in the directions), and it seems completely connected, no wiggling, nothing. Any help? I'm at the end of my rope with this thing. it will still play OEM games.

Have you tried a piece of tape on it to keep the position constant?

Have you tried haveing the console vertical or horizontal to see if it makes a difference?

It would seem that if it worked when it was apart, but now it doesn't, That its not making connection now you've put it back together....

is this a genuine wiiclip?.....genuine wiiclips are actually made slightly higher than the alotted space between the drive pcb and the rf when you tighten the 4 screws that hold the dvd drive down...the wiiclip /chip is actually compressed tightly against the rf shield
