i have been using wii homebrew for almost a year now with barely any problems. i use WiiMC a lot and tried to update it today, it said it updated successfully but when I would try and run it, it would freeze at 61% loading every time so I figured I needed to reinstall WiiMC and tried to do this through the Homebrew Browser. Ran that and while it was extracting images or whatever there was a zip error, said "Cannot open , abort" and kind of froze. Now my Wii or PC won't recognize my SD card anymore. Windows will partially recognize that somethings there but then say the card needs to be formatted to be used and offer to format but then it will say it cannot access it to format it. what just happened?
edit: i think it did, fortunately sdhc cards are much cheaper now than they were when i bought this one so its not as big a deal as i thought

Well, SD cards, as just about everything, have a limited lifetime. An important factor in this is the amount of write cycles that have been used.
Awesome sig picture does not work
