I don't think anyone in their right mind would answer this - what you are referring to is a act of piracy. Read the forum rules please.
I bought a wii game used from a video game store long ago and hoping the past owner didnt back it up cause i dont know if that would cause a problem. i dont do the rom thing so i dont know much about it at all
mods please delete this thread if its against forum rules

Its a used game i bought a long time ago and wanted to know if its past owner did install it on the wii, does the disc indicate that someone has copied it to a card. The game itself is legit market game
The reason is cause i want to trade in towards other games i want to buy, so i have no need for the games, most of my games i own have been bought as used so i was concerned about this.
sorry but it doesnt sound like you have any intention of answering me
Look mate, if you own a game you can have a backup of it (legally). Once you sell the game, you must delete the backup of the game as you do not own it anymore. If you sell a game, you are a pirate if you continue to own and use a backup copy of it. I'm sorry if I'm not answering your question clearly (I know I'm not) but we need to make sure you are NOT doing anything illegal.
Thats the thing, i dont do any of that backup stuff, it just seems too complicating. My deal is that im worried someone who previously owned the game made a backup with it and then sold it to the game store that i purchased it from. So when i sell the game i wont have to worry about any problems like that, i dont know if discs show its been backed or not.
The disc is not modified when backed up. So even if they did, its not your problem in any way.
