my question here can i still unbrick my wii ?
do i have to downgrade to 4.1 or 4.2 ?

If you want to region change your wii you must download the 4.1e modpack. In chapter 2 you must install the 4.1e system menu wads, then change your region settings with any region changer.

On your harddrive (file name: Bliepo.crazy)
    Nah, 4.3 = 4.1 + anti-softmod and anti-homebrew. It doesn't add any features. I don't recommend 'upgrading'.
The weather and news channel might need to be reinstalled, I don't know.

    And yes, you have downgraded.
Awesome sig picture does not work
