Wiiflow won't load all games off HDD
I am helping my brother get his Wii set up to play off of a HDD and mostly everything is working great except one thing, Wiiflow doesn't load all games off the HDD. I like CFG loader better (but my brother likes Wiiflow) so when I put his 22 games onto the HDD, I used CFG. CFG and USB loader GX show all 22 games, but Wiiflow only shows about 6 of them. I'm not sure if this would cause the problem, but the HDD is partitioned as FAT32 (I think, only have macs here), because all of the other loaders work fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

try deleting the entire sd/wiiflow folder and everything from the sd/apps/wiiflow directory except boot.dol, icon.png, and meta.xml. Then launch Wiiflow again and if all fail then you outta luck bro!
format the hard drive as wbfs, and try a different version of wiiflow new or old, also make sure his sd card is setup correctly and have all new cios 249 etc.. versions
I have to disagree with this advice. At the moment, there's little reason to use WBFS anymore, it actually makes things more complicated from a troubleshooting perspective. FAT32 is a good way to go. Most people who have used WBFS in the past are migrating off of it.

If thats sorted, the next question would be how did you softmod the wii? What guide did you follow? Performing/posting a syscheck would be helpful.
To clarify further, there's nothing wrong with WBFS other than it's pretty much universally considered to be an obsolete hard drive format. Since the Wii is the only device that uses WBFS as a native filesystem, it makes the options when using w/ a PC much more limited.
Further, If you're going to talk about piracy, please take your discussion elsewhere. We do not support that on this site.
edit- looks like emuhack handled
Been busy the past couple days and just got a chance to fix the his Wii and I'd like to say thanks to everyone for your advice, especially imymelvin. I thought it was just a problem with wiiflow, not with how it was modded because all the other loaders worked fine. However, I only deleted everything in the sd:/wiiflow folder because in the sd:/apps/wiiflow folder, there was only the boot.dol, icon.png and wiiflow.ini files (no meta.xml found), and I figured the .ini file might be important. Thanks again for all your help. Happy Easter and/or Passover!
