Ok that first post should say it doesn't work in loaders and hb channel. It does work in games and main wii. I reinstalled hbc didn't help

Try to re-sync your controller at the health and warning screen.

Not sure it will matter, but shouldn't 58 have usb 2.0?? Maybe reinstall ios 58 with THIS. It's hard to tell with that syscheck revision.

Thats about the oldest syscheck I've seen lately. It probably was written prior to usb2 being ...known about in terms of wii.

Grab sysCheck v2.1.0 Beta 9 and re-run. Having said that, I'm coming up short with suggestions.

Hmmm... quite strange. I have never seen a broken wiimote that works in original games and only half works in homebrew. New one on me!

Have the same problem since I updated all ios's and homebrew. Wii meun works fine, Homebrew have to use arrow keys, also if I launch wiimc or cfg usbloader from homebrew the wii remote works fine but if I launch them using a forwarder I lose the use of the arrow so am back to using the arrow keys again.
This is not a problem except when a screen pops up asking for update or an error have to switch it off because the arrow keys wont select the option I want.
