I used NTSC backup , it worked like a charm , even though my wii is PAL ... i don't know why it worked that way but thats it ;)

thanks for considering Sir , i have just installed d2x v9 b49 on slot 252 base 53 , tried to run the game through this slot , same result , freezes on same spot , iam getting mad !!!!
