I was asked to fix someone's Wii yest. It had NOT been softmodded, or anything like that. But apparently while trying to update it, something went wrong.
It's on 3.2u and just gives the system menu...

Ok sorry, did it 7 times, then finally created a blank syscheck.csv file and for some reason then it worked. (did not overwrite the file i created, but it finally worked)

Should be, but I run it and it goes through the process, green bar at the bottom, and then when its done, it goes back to HBC, and no syscheck.csv exists on the card anywhere. grr.

no such .csv is on my card after running syscheck. is it supposed to be a notepad file? or what? i cant find it.

the hackmii installer installs it when you softmod your wii, putting homebrew channel dvdx and bootmii on the wii.
