Is your FAT32 partition where your roms are your primary partition or secondary partition as GENPLUS works for me as long as my roms are the primary partition and the WBFS is the secondary partition.

No you don't.. The installer automatically overwrites any CIOS you already have in slot 249... But follow Krank's advice first as it may be your problem is that your not properly softmodded...

Try installing CIOSx rev19 using IOS38... Should work then..

If this is the case then numonohimax can use the software to change the Primary partition without formating. I have done it myself but it you have a way of backing them up, I would recommend to do so...
