I do not want to hack my Wii U Wii mode. If i have a Hacked Wii (not U) can i move virtual console games that i have on the wii can i move them to the wii mode on my wii U?

My Wii shop channel keeps telling me to update to continue, if i install ios 56 and shop channel again will it stop or do i have to do something else?

Do I need access to the shop channel because everytime I go to the shop channel it tells me to update. I found a thread that says you need to install iOS 56 and I don't think I have that installed....
