just tried to download the U8Tool.exe and it wont run properly i tried everything uncluding going to cmd and copying it into the correct location it just comes up saying it is either...

im new to this website i cant seem to get u8tool.exe to work at all i tried extracting to c:\Windows\SysWOW64\ etc and i just cant get it to go is there any other alternative?
