I use WiiFlow to play WiiWare and Virtual Console (VC) Nintendo64 (N64) games via emulated NAND; I find Wii64's dropped frames and lack of speed/smooth-playing way too annoying.

I can't get my Wiimote to reconnect after loading any game in WiiFlow. I've tried different remotes (original & non-original) & different versions of WiiFlow (304-418), but to no avail. The 4.3U Wii...

What IOS is HomeBrew loading as? If it's anything other than 58 you should re-install HB on 58; that's what fixed playing videos in WiiMC for me.

Try deleting the contents of your "cache" folder under WiiFlow; that's what fixed it for me. From what I gather, WiiFlow doesn't update/refresh its cache when it loads. :(

I do not believe that it downgrades your System Menu, but I could be wrong. Either way, as long as you have Priiloader 0.7 & BootMii (preferably installed as boot2), you should be safe.

Could also be the settings in WiiFlow; take a look at them too. I'd also recommend usbLoader-GX over WiiFlow as I've found it less-flaky. Of course, it doesn't run VC or WiiWare so that's a drawback.
