If your just dumping a few games why not try WiiBackupManger and format your drive to "wbfs" or better yet post a system check to see what your mod looks like.

If yes did you complete the entire guide (all of the chapters)?

Try a different loader?

Not an expert but I'd say re-mod your wii with the "softmod any wii" guide on this site, then you'll be up to date.

How old is your mod and can you post a syscheck?

Where did you get the mios V10 file and did you try re-installing it?

Your mod looks like it needs to be updated.

Never update through Nintendo, yes you will need to go through the whole softmod process again.

As DiscMurderer says post your complete syscheck, what you can see of it says you have 14 ios studs so you will likely need to re-mod your Wii.

I'm no expert but did you update you Wii?
You have a lot of studs, looks like you will need to re-mod it.

You can use Priiloader so the wii boots right into your usb loader
