You might have to put the cheats to the root of the sd/ USB. That's what I had to do , for them to show up and work.

You pick and choose and activate the codes. Lol
If it doesn't work try trouble shooting by test each code , only test three. Then go and re download the codes and make sure they are in the right...
No dios mios has nothing to do with the wii mode.
As for using 249 ...thats alright as well as ios250 or 36.

You are suppose to use ios249 as it loads 99% of the games. Ios 222 and 223 are for games like ssbb and Munster hunter trii.

When you reinstalled your system menu , you deleted priiloader.
Follow the priiloader guide in that section of the guide and you will be all good.
