When storing a game of 2 discs (Tales of Symphonia for example), do I put both discs within the same folder (GQSEAF in this case)?

Just one last question: Is there something in the Shop Channel that shouldn't be downloaded? (aka: risk of getting a brick with softmodded wiis)?
