The issue with gamecube controller not working on MIOS Dios and MD Lite is resolved by:
1. Loading original disk in WII channel or USB Loader GX for example
2. Playing/Starting the game to verify...

I have one purple controller and one black controller both not working once the games load up. Frustrated :)
