I have the game and tried to play it off of my usb loader gx and the game started but it just kept saying now loading and didn't move past that.
That's not necessarily true since i'm playing this game off of the 249 IOS. He would need to load ciosrev19 249 with a base of 37 that's how I got it to work.
How can you play cames off of your SD card? I never heard of that before except for like wiiware and stuff. Anyway stick to brawl bizkit.

My issue in the other thread was that I didn't make the app folder or the wad folder for the HD. Once I did that it started working.
