I know it's a little off topic, but is cIOS38 rev 14 the same as cIOS249 rev 14?

Same problem here, I'm using Custom USB loader, but when I try to load one of the 3 games it shows Samus then goes to the loading screen but the screen turns green and the Wii resets.

I found out what the problem was, it was my SDC, I'm guessing it was just a piece of crap. I bought a sandisk SDC and everything works fine now.

I'm having trouble running almost ANY app that is on my SDC, except WAD manager and USB Loader, every app that I download and put on the SDC freezes. I'm running HBC 1.3, not sure about my Wii, but...
