bad rip most likely, make a one, you can also try with a flash pen. Look in this thread, people have had similar issues.

Hmmm, have you tried using a different harddrive? I am guessing you are using something like a 200gb external harddrive. Try putting it on a flash pen, 8gb or something. Could be it has problems...
Most problems like this are bad rips. Yes this can happen on usb too. I recommend mounting a new one.
have you watched the motion + video? You can do so by using alt.dol in options, player.dol. Watch the whole thing.
Well i doubt there is a issue with the software, you could try to vacum clean the fan. Maybe there is some dust where it shouldnt be.
Other than that, you could try to use mauiforg's guide and...
Just use search on the forum or google for the newest version.
Then just copy it over to your SD, so on. Pretty sure there is an guide here somewhere on it.
Have you set your priiloader to block disk updates?
If your not sure if you have priiloader, press the reset button on the wii while it starts.
Indeed, I personally did not wait so many years for the next zelda game to just use cheats! Heresy I say.
