I have a softmodded wii which I did a couple of yrs ago and its on firmware 4.1 and I want to update it with the latest IOS's and progs...i got to the part of selecting the new firmware which...

I already have homebrew channel working on my 3.4E wii using the twilight hack...how do I update the system menu to 4.0 or 4.1?..can I use this guide to do it and will it install all the latest...
