So on NUS I got the wad for the latest EULA, installed it with MMM and this...

have the same issue jasmit I'm going to try installing v2 and will bring input on what happens

yup after installing EULA v2 wad it still asks me to do the update... and i cant find EULa v3...

Im trying to update the cIOS249{38}-v17 from this guide to cIOS249{38}-v21
can i just download it via modmii and then install it with Wad manager ?

yes the root of you SD isn't a folder it is basically the first screen explorer shows after you access the SD card

thank you man I'm also just wondering didn't i just messed up with the trucha bug on IOS36....
Also bootmii is no longer loading from homebrew channel it just shows black screen
and the Cusb loader...

holy sheet I must have missed that part of the guide....
anyway um I found a solution however it was a little different from the one you just posted...
I went to MMM > Wad Manager>load another IOS...

all my updates fail...
error Ticket (-2011) on WAD manager...
