Just to update and conclude.
I transfered my DVDs to DVD-R and they worked; problem solved.
Why most of my DVD+R stopped working at the very moment i updated from 3.2 to 3.4 is still unknown to me,...

The original discs i have still works and ~40% of my backups on DVD+R still works... (I have no DVD-R backups)

I used Verbatim DVD+R for years (not knowing that DVD-R was the prefered media)
I had wiikey installed and had 3.2E system menu. Everything was fine.
I then updated to 3.4E from a disc update, and...

As far as I know 1.9s is the latest wiikey firmware. If there is a later version; where can I find it?
Will I be better of just removing the wiikey from my wii and only run on softmod?
