I'm having some troubles with the pre-made homebrew installer.

I can boot any boot.elf or boot.dol via letterbomb and I can install any wad via MultiModManager. I also have all the custom IOS's...

If it's that old, probably not.
I would recommend something like the Multi Mod Manager for updating your IOS's tho. It manages to help you not seriously damage your wii if you do something wrong.

Well, you might try using a FAT/WBFS usb hard drive. Wiis can be incredibly picky sometimes.

Of course, anything within that process could have done it.

You might try an alternative usb loader, such as neogamma, or install darkcorp and just play via burned backup disks.
Personally, I prefer Darkcorp just because i like to have the disk and you don't...
