I had the same problem after I added background music on the sd card. Once I deleted those files it worked. Maybe the data on the sd card shouln't be touched?

I actually started copying my smash bros disc to the drive. Hopefully if I install the WAD file afterwards it won't make a differnece.

I used a 128mb card... which may be the reason. How can i retry everything...i.e: virginise it (my wii version is 4.3e).
