You need to install cIOS38 rev 14 from waninkoko (google)
If it wont install u need to use Trucha Bug Restorer(google that too)

only bootmii boot2

u can access bootmii with the bootmii files on sd card that are NOT configured to boot system menu autoboot.

Try a different SD card

try to see if you sd card has really any data on it with this

mymenuify didnt brick your wii you did.
u shouldnt do themes without preloader
especially if ur on pal as i posted pal as untested.
install a diff theme with mymenuify or original theme.app and...

youve tried checking through your preloader settings right ....
