I went back to try install ios60-patched.wad and its giving me error ret= 1022.

According to the error list this means the sd card is corrupt or full. I tried re-formatting it but still the error...

After installing IOS60 and Priiloader, I'm now proud to say both USB Loader and Wii Flow are working perfectly.

Thanks alot guys. All games on USB Loader are going to a black screen, luckily back up discs are working fine. I'm gonna try install priiloader and wii flow now, I'll keep you lot informed though.
