right click the first file and choose "Extract Here". that will create the ISO that you can burn. it create's in the same folder as the rar files

i strongly suggest that you get some info on adjusting the pot on the laser because you could mess up the gamecube laser (whichy is what may be wrong with it in the first place.) google on how to mod...

it may be the eye on the laser. if you open up the cube you can adjust the pot for the laser but make sure you use a multimeter to make sure you don't over do it
