When USB loader GX updates do you lose any game settings eg which IOS they use? Tried configurable or uloader?

Your signcheck shows IOS53 5406 installed and not 4112. Tyr Dop-ios-mod again? or Nus downloader?

Just make sure you don't do any updates from disk. Should be able to block these updates in priiloader.

Looks ok to me. If all you did was install priiloader and that cause problems, I would follow the guide to safely upgrade to 4.2. This will remove priiloader which you can then reinstall if you want.

I don't play gamecube backups but I'm sure you use Triiforce application and run them from SD or USB HDD.

4.2 works fine for me softmodded with all my games.
