Hey everyone, it's been fun on this forum, but I need my account deleted. if anyone could pass this along to an admin it would be greatly appreciated.
I've had a D2Pro9 V3 for a while now, but haven't updated the system. I also have never been able to play a retail game since installing my chip. I haven't screwed around with the Wii in a long time...
I tried Triiforce for WAD preloading but haven't messed with priiloader. I didn't know it did that, I'll try that tonight.
I have had a mod chip in my wii for some time now. I updated to 4.2 and did the softmod for WAD playability. Before I did the soft mod I could play legit games with no issues. I removed the updates...
the games that I put in are all NTSC and I choose USA on the region.
When I said rebuild the image, I meant the multigame ISO. I extracted each image and then replaced the PAL with an NTSC and rebuilt the multigame ISO.
yeah, that's the only ones i've got to work, I have a d2e with a d2pro9 and haven't had any issues with Wii games of different region, but for some reason the Gamecube OS doesn't handle it well when...
It's an issue with the regions on the games. I fixed it by getting the correct region myself and rebuilding the image.
Did you have the right version of the chip? The only issue I had was seating it correctly the first time. I ended up reseatting it once and it's fine and has been ever since. Not sure how to help you...
yes I am, I know how to burn the dvds I've read that its a firmware issue, I wrote another thread on this topic. I have burned over one hundred 360 games with no issues, the game works but only w/...
Yes I do realize that, that's the only one I have issues with. There are dvd5 versions out there and I can get them to work from the Wii menu loader, but it won't boot otherweise, same goes for the...
Did you install a solderless or solder chip? If solderless have you reseated? I haven't had any issues and it's been in for over a month and played every game I have. I haven't had to upgrade from...
I've been burning with 6x on every disc and have never had an issue with any game besides Smash Brothers. I'm using Verbatim DVD-Rs on an older Lite-On drive with a custom firmware. I don't have any...
Yes. I tried that and all the copies I burned work. I would also like to know how to play it without using Gecko. Aside from the obvious answer of buying the game.
I bought some +R DL's and burned a copy, verified and it worked fine, went to play it and got an error. WTF? Layer break is set correctly and I checked the image and it's good. What else now?
You also have to make sure, I have an older lite on and had to download a hacked firmware and a utility to change my book types. It's all about the drive you have that is key to burning successfully....
Your DVD drive should have a little icon on the front that says DL, mine says DVD + or - RW DL
If not, go in to your device manager on windows and look for whatever your DVD model is for specs.

Cool, just let us know.
I definitely wouldn't waste any more time than I already have. I'm just going to pick up some more +R DL's and try it with them because I've had great success while burning all of my 360 games. (over...
I'm probably going to end up signing up for Astraweb b/c it's a better deal with more retention and connections. Good Job!
It's cool, I just learned something new about a different type of media, I'm not upset or anything.
That's what I've been reading as well, which sucks, I'll just go pick up some more Verbatim +R DL's and try it. I just hate wasting a disc. Now I've got 3 -R DL's that i will probably only use as...
What version are you on? I'm on the newest one (2.4.2.0) and have way more options

I've used ImgBurn a lot and am very aware of...
Any news on this, I'm having some issues with PAL games on an NTSC disc. I make sure the region is set to NTSC, but when I try to play PAL games it just sits at a green screen, the NTSC gamecube...
There's been more discussion about it than that, and they have talked about the different discs, I don't have any more +R's right now, and I bought these specifically for this and any other Wii games...
