If you want disc covers to show up. Inside the image folder you will need to have a folder named disc. I use wiiboxart.com.

So what happens when you select the drive letter from the drop down menu and click load in wbfs manager? If you have your drive plug in before your open wbfs it should default to your drive letter...

Worked like a charm for me. Except I didn't use a disk I extracted the file using wiiscubber and renamed it RZTE01.dol put it on the root of the sd card and loaded through usb...

Check this out it's a list of drives. Not sure if this is the seagate you have but it suggest that you plug in the hdd after you load USB loader. Just click on the 1tb link at the top.
