The chips are stealth(not detected online) and the d2pro should boot up pretty much every disc you put in

I think, you need to use the config disc THEN use a PAL game to set the region.
All else fails get yourself a Wiikey2:)
Wiikey is a hardware solution not a soft mod.
It will work regardless what firmware is on the wii console.

The problem is the system menu software. The drivekey is skipping updates required for the game to run because you have update blocker enabled and guitar hero requires a update to run.
