I have he Wii zapper and it's great. I would also recommend it because it is a Nintendo product and probably works better with other games.
I'm going to buy one tonight, but I don't know which would be better.
I'm mainly going to use it to play Call of Duty:World at War.
I just go this game today, I have it for my 360 I got it the day it came out. I still haven't beat it yet as I've been fooling around with this wii lately. I was going to play it online but I know if I do I'll never go back to the missions. After I stated playing cod4 online that's all I did for the longest time. those younger kids on live from Brittan or england somewhere around those parts are annoying.. I just about had to mute everyone of them, they get on there start singing and arguing with each other. really annoying. I've got to get me a zapper to play it though so I haven't got a chance to try it for the wii, sounds really neat t hough. I'm thinking of buying of those nerf guns also.

The Wii Zapper is BRUTAL.
You can definitely use the nunchuck with the Nyko perfect shot. I have had both and its not even close. The way you hold the gun like an actual pistol is a huge advantage. The trigger is also much better on the perfect shot.
Ghost squad is another game that works great with it too. I can't wait for the new house of the dead!

Honestly I could care less if its a little more steady. You are not holding at your hip. Who feels natural playing light gun games "tommy gun" style. I want the feeling of the old nes zapper games and the arcade gun games. Its like playing mario Kart with the nunchuck. Sure you might be a tad more precise, but the game is a more fun with the wheel. Personally I actually find I can aim a lot better holding the gun closer to head level, without the bulk of the tommy gun in the way.
