Excellent support for "before" and "after" the sale. I asked alot of questions before i made the purchase, and also received support for after the purchase.

I picked the chips up so i can't comment on shipping. Reply to emails were quick, most of the time taking 1 day, but sometimes less than 1 day and other times about 2 days.

I bought 3 d2pro9 and all of them worked on our Wiis without problems.

WOW these guys blew away my expectations.

I ordered the chip on thursday, and it was in my (california) mailbox on Monday! I wasn't expecting it for a week, so I didn't have any games ready to try it out! Good problem to have...

Through the whole process, they were completely responsive, answering questions and pointing me in a direction beforehand, and lending support afterwards.

I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will probably be going back for chips for my brother and a friend or two!

Agree with that for sure. One day from CA to Chi-town, one day from Chicago to Florida. Almost like they bribed the USPS.

Excellent turnaround time... haven't had any issues with chip but can tell I shouldn't be worried about getting a response, if I did have a problem

Editing, because... upon resigning myself to recognizing a problem with my chip's install, I'm finding that I was right about the quality of customer support. Thanks, and I've got at least one more console that's going to need a companion

i'll take this opportunity to say thank you very much for the clear and precise video on taking apart the wii and installing d2pro9+clip. i couldnt have done it without the video, didnt buy from you though

Excellent video tutorial on their website. Great support after sales. The wiikey did not work but i sent it back and they replaced it. Great communication
Would recommend !!

Took my Wii to them yesterday, they recommended the D2pro9 for it since the serial number indicate a possible D2E, it ended up a D2E. Anyway, went to the gas station for some gas and have a little walk about at the mall which is not far, came back and it was waiting for me....A1 service and professionally done. Highly recommended.
