What's the community opinion regarding which online mod-chip vendor CURRENTLY has the best customer service? It looks like I'm going to have to buy another Wasabi Zero and the last place I bought from has all but stopped reply to emails after the sale was complete. I bought from canadamods.ca, which had a great reputation, but it seems like I'm not the only one have some problems with them lately. Thanks for any and all input, and wish me better luck on my next mod!

Well we are on the same boat. It's been almost a month and I bought a D2Pro but now since I've been having so much problems I'm thinking about getting a Wasabi Zero too. My D2Pro has been giving me so much problems I'm thinking about just doing a softmod. Geez... Anyways please please give us advice on a retailer that has the BEST customer service.

P.S. I just want to thank anthortic for all his help but it just might be time to move on...
