Last night i was playing Zelda Wind Waker and it froze in one dungeon, so i saw at compatiblity list that the version for this game is 1.5 and i was using the version that came in this tutorial.
I got the version 1.5 and put in sd card, i used the wad manager to install it.
When i tried to play, now it opens a screen writes GCLoader and it freezes in " Loading apploader" and now i can't play more gc games =\
    Someone can help me?
    Thanks a lot.
Go and get DML r58 and install it.

I have that installed and it works with no problems.

This might be a major issue!

I'm not completely sure if this goes here, but now I'm trying to play retail GC games through the Disc Channel, Neogamma and Wii Flow. GC Loader pops up and just boots the last GC backup I was playing. Just completely skipping the disc in the drive. I tried changing GC settings in NeoGamma but nothing made a difference.

Please help! What do I do!

If I read the guide properly u would know that playing original games is broken with dml due to the cmios being overwritten

It says the exact opposite, that original games will work, but not backups via disc.

"3) Install the wad file that is included in the pack (this will overwrite your CMIOS and so you will no longer be able to play backups via disc although you will still be able to play originals)"

My bad, to play originals again, simply reinstall mios from nus

I read your response and have been searching about what you mean. I still don't get it.

Am I going to be installing and removing wads each time to play retail and backup gamecube games?

If U want to switch between originals and loading from sd card then yes, that's the point of the guide isn't it? so U no longer require to use the disc?

That is the point, however, compatibility is still not there on some of the retain discs that I own. Reading the guide it says retail discs should work, but they dont.

What do I need to install and delete to get it to play retail discs again?

Ok so today out of nowhere dml stops working for me completely. No games would load and when i tried loading them it would play the game in the disc drive. I tried different neogamma and cfg both same result and i also tried loading a couple revisions of dml and that did nothing either. Then i read your post were you told someone else to try r58 and i said why not i got nothing else to lose and neogamma didnt work and then i tried cfg and boom it worked i was so happy. Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for your post glad i found it.
