Thank you a lot but just one question more: You said in manual that "USB Loader GX" is not longer included in guide and should remove it with "mothballed". Does that mean if I update my softmoded Wii by your instructions I can still use USB Loader GX v2.0 with newer IOS or not? Does your words mean that you just don't care about some apps anymore and leave installation and problem to someone else?

    Thanks again.

When in BootMii, you'll see 4 (or 5, can't remember) icons and, since there are no pointer, moving through them is made with the use of the console buttons.
Use the button "Power" to move right, button "Eject" will move left and button "Reset" is selecting.

    Cya...
Thanks man, thats why I asked befor if those options are from the Wii remote . But thank you

I still can't figure out one thing after doing this tutorial.

I updated my Korean soft-modded Wii and changed the region to the U.S. After this everything has been perfect (thank you again OP) except for the Mii Channel. When I try to load the Mii channel it says this channel is not valid. I believe it is still trying to load the Korean Mii channel.

This is fine and dandy except for now I can't create new or edit old Miis. Kinda puts a damper on when friends come over and they have to play "guest" all the time.

I tried downloading and installing the wad with NUDdownloader. It said it installed correctly but I still receive the same error.

I tried downloading the channel wad separately and it says the same thing and does the same thing as before.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Should I uninstall the Mii Channel (if even possible) and then try installing it again? How would I go about doing this?

    Cheers,
    Big Tex

I downloaded Dop-Mii and uninstalled the Mii Channel. Then I installed it again through Dop-Mii. I went to the channel in the main menu and it is the same as before. It still shows the Korean channel and when I initiate it, it says "This channel can't be used."

How do you uninstall channels off the main menu? I think this is the problem as it is just trying to copy over the same Korean files again and again and not actually changing anything.

Load any region changer mod6 and verify that your settings are set for your installed system menu.

I am not sure, perhaps you have some miis made with Korean menu and those are messing it up. Not sure how to delete miis ATM, but you should be able to use any title deleter, don't delete system titles or hidden channels, everything else is safe. Don't delete your HBC, you will miss it.

Hi when I try and play a back up it tells me I need to have a newer Wad I think and it does not load. Where do I find and how do I install the latest updates?
