thanks for the guide, i am now finally able to play without swapping disks constantly

just a little question - how do i access wad manager (i need to install some additional cIOS for newer games)?
When I booted to priiloader 0.4 and selected BooTMii IOS from there it says that it cannot find armboot.bin? Is there any other way to access wad manager? If not, can I copy bootmii on SD card and leave it there?

Do I have to backup bootmii again if I perform changes in wad files?

I'm still kind of lost in terminology, so sorry for stupid questions

You mean you need to install more up to date IOS'

Wad manager is an app you put in the apps folder on your sd card and run through HB

Everytime you make s change to your system you do not have to make a new nand backup.

To load HBC from priiloader, click load/install and load the HBC forwarder dol. To autoboot the HBC, install the HBC forwarder dol and set priiloader settings to autoboot/return to installed file/autoboot.

Excellent guide, thanks for your efforts. I'm extremely new so I'm confused about something. I already have a softmoded wii but I'm trying to softmod my friend's. His system menu is 4.2u and in chapter 2 part 2 it says to update your menu to 4.1? I don't get this part. If I already have 4.2u, is this like a downgrading process? you didn't indicate whether I should skip this if I have 4.2 or 4.3 or something like that. Again, thanks for this guide but I'm extremely confused about that.
