I used a Micro SD card in an adapter. But I understand why not to try it. There's a slight risk involved that bugs could occur. Thankfully it worked for me. May not for others. I had no choice...or buy a new card.

Ok its an 8gb,you guys know,i dont so please dont think i am correcting anybody but would it not act more random than this if it was the sd cards size? i mean,i dont know what the issues with that are but im gtting the exact same read issues no matter what, its always the same files, always just the 11 wads on the ciospack.Would it not act more random if it was related to the size, format etc.?
Like i said guys just trying to get a solution, not trying to correct anybody.

    From the Guide:
Use a standard SD-Card, 1-2g (SanDisk is good)
For whatever reason unknown to me the wii/apps are very picky about the sd cards size/brand.. You should try a different card and see how it goes..

Have a look in your wii settings and recheck the firmware version of your console, top right corner.
Do a syscheck (How to post a syscheck: Instructions here)
You should be on 4.1 and have a syscheck like the IOS listing in the cIOS FAQ (beginning of the guide).
Depending on the game you may need to alter some settings in cfg. (actually I load my games with IOS250, maybe try that as a first option)

    <--suggestions helped? press Thanks

The iOS update pack is showing up as NAND patched, don't know why but it is not an issue. I will look into it, they should not be patched. It could be error on syschecks part, or perhaps they are indeed patched.

I think it's a sycheck error or it has something to do with AHBPROT saying the unpatched IOS have nand access. I couldn't find very much info on what the nand access patch actually is though.
    Damn I suck!!!!
