Have done that - renamed the private folder from the original extract of Hackmii installer, then extracted the alternate private folder and still getting the same result.

Tried all 4 alternate private folders.

Completely reformatted SD again as well.

What did you do to your IOS? Who's guide did you follow to install these cIOS? You need to reinstall the cIOS in THIS guide. I have a feeling that someone played with your IOS or you patched them.

You can't access the Hackmii installer since your ios58 and ios61 are patched. You must reinstall those ios also.

I'm guessing that your HBC is upside down? Is that correct?

Tried a 2nd Sandisk card and 4 more alternate files from Bannerbomb site - not working.

Could it be the SD cards?

Finally found a google link that solved this - had to set the content.bin file in the private folder to ON for Archive bit.

    Backing up NAND right now.

Homebrew is not upside down or backwards, everything looks great. I used the cios packs in this guide, and went step by step (really!). I didn't do anything in the last 3 months, so whatever was patched I could not tell you, it would have been from a guide from here for specific game fixes...i didn't do anything intentionally and am the only person that touches the wii. Again, I used the mmm multi installer in bootmii to install the first 24 cios, then the other steps. Since I already installed the packs from here how do I fix the 58 and 60, because the pack didn't do it.

I don't think that syscheck is working right, but it looks like you have what you need. Are your retail disc loading? USB loading?
    Try this one- CB2_BB_SysCheck_1.6.1.zip
